How do I create my WeMENA account?

To register and create a WeMENA account as a buyer via laptop, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Start by accessing the WeMENA website. (https://www.wemena.com/)

Step 2: If you are registering for the first time, click on the "Sign Up" button situated on the top right of your screen.

Step 3: You will be prompted to fill in your mobile number, upon which a confirmation code will be sent to your number. Fill in the code followed by other details that are required. We hold on to your personal information in our safe and secure server. 

Step 4: You should choose to register as a Buyer on the WeMENA platform.

Step 5: You will be required to upload registration documents like - Company Trade License. If you do not have a company trade license, select the "Skip for Now" button.

Note: Once your WeMENA account has been created, an email verification link will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions received to verify your email address.

Upon registration, you are required to provide information about your company that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, we strongly recommend you keep your profile updated.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. You should notify us immediately through our customer care support (link) if any suspicious, breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
