I entered my email/password combination wrong, what do I do?

If you're having trouble signing in, here are some key points to check first before resetting your password:

  • Clear Your Browser's Cache and Cookies - Your Internet browser's "Help" menu will have instructions for how to clear the cache and cookies.
  • Typing errors - You have a typo or some keys of your keyboard must be broken.
  • Caps Lock is active - Caps lock (the key above the shift key that causes all typed letters to be in CAPITAL case) is active. Your password is case sensitive.

If the above points don't resolve the issue. You can reset it by going to "Forgot Password".
