Once you've placed an order, you'll be notified as your order progresses. You can track your shipment by using the link sent via SMS on your registered mobile number or log-in to your WeMENA account with your registered email address and password as follows:
1. Sign In to your WeMENA account using your registered email address and password.
2. Click on My Order from the dashboard.
3. The screen will show you the complete order history along with the individual status of every order placed by default.
4. Select the particular order you want to check the current status with. Clicking on a product will give you detailed information about the status of the product.
5. The pop-up screen will show where the current status of your order along with a shipment tracking number for your reference.
NOTE:The standard delivery time frame of the order is up to 7 working days. If you find your order is still in processing stage even after 5 days of order confirmation, then please Contact Us.
