At the moment delivery is only available to UAE. 


Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery within the UAE typically takes up to 7 working days once your order has been processed. No deliveries will be made on Fridays or public holidays. 

However, it can take more time depending on the following factors:

  • Availability of the product in stock
  • Order confirmation by the customer
  • Your delivery location


Note: As much as we like fulfilling our customers’ requests express delivery services is unavailable at the moment, thus we'll keep you notified once this service is ready in our platform. 


Delivery Rates and Destinations

For efficiency at delivering products WeMENA has its own delivery services to hand over your packages right in your doorsteps. Delivery is free above 300 AED  spent, otherwise we charge 15 AED of purchased products below 300 AED.


However, your final price will be reflected at checkout (once the shipping address is provided).


Cash on Delivery:

You must provide at least one mobile or landline number so that the courier can arrange a suitable time to deliver to avoid delays. Please be available at the agreed time and have the correct amount ready for the courier to collect. If payment isn't available, the order will not be left and an additional charge may apply to re-deliver the order.


Base Currency

All fees and prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). 


Changing Delivery Address:

You can not change nor add multiple addresses of the delivery after placing the order especially when the order entered its shipping phase. Our delivery team only uses registered information in your profile (eg; name, address, phone number). So we strongly recommend you to update accurate information during placing the order to avoid any delay in the delivery process.


ID To Receive The Order:

In some cases, the courier might ask you for a valid ID (Emirates ID, UAE Driving License, Passport copy, etc.) upon claiming your shipment so we know we are delivering to the correct person. 


Confirmation Before Delivery:

Notification regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via SMS and email.

We’ll only call you if any of the information provided by you needs additional verification.


Changing Time and Day Your Order Arrives:

You won't be able to change your Scheduled Delivery date for your order if your item has already entered the shipping phase, or if you didn't schedule your delivery time and date during the checkout process, or any reasons you won't be able to claim your order.
